The T.F.A Program and the Early Years Learning Framework

In addition to our own outlined approach and principles for delivering Multi Skills, T.F.A recognises the significance and importance the Early Year Learning Framework (EYLF) has within all child care centres in Australia and the influence it has on their own individual teaching curriculums and methods.  As a result, T.F.A has endeavoured to completely align and combine its own Multi Skills program with the EYLF meaning child care centres, parents, teachers and children can rest assured that the T.F.A Multi Skills program is one of the highest standards and excellence.  We offer the following in support of this:

Our T.F.A program is delivered in a manner that fully supports children developing a sense of Belonging, Being and Becoming.

Each week of our T.F.A Multi Skills curriculum is inclusive of the 5 learning outcomes of the EYLF as well as being skill specific

Our T.F.A Multi Skills curriculum is structured to adopt the 5 principles of the EYLF in addition to our own principles and beliefs

All our coaches follow the 5 C’s when coaching children of all ages:

Competence – Positive views of one's actions appropriate to capability?

Confidence – Positive self-worth and overall sense of being good at things?

Connection – Positive bonds with people and institutions?

Character and Caring - Respect for societal and cultural rules, possession of standards for correct behaviours, a sense of right and wrong, and a sense of sympathy and empathy for others?

Creativity - Finding one's own solutions.

All our coaches adopt the 4 best practices of the EYLF.

For further clarification and specific details about our T.F.A and EYLF curriculum please do not hesitate our management team or discuss it with our Multi Skills coaches whilst they are at your centres/sessions as they will be more than happy to help.
