Trevor Gorman

Trevor Gorman played at Penn State University where he played in the big ten-championship squad as a midfielder. After earning Big Ten academic honors Gorman enrolled in graduate school at the University Of North Carolina. Whilst studying here he worked for UNC’s sport marketing division and his responsibilities included contract fulfillment for clients, promotions and Tar Heel Sports Network he also coached with the Sanford Area Soccer League and the Triangle United Soccer Club.  During this time Gorman worked on numerous soccer camps including Penn State, Clemson and UNC.

In 2007 Gorman became assistant at Dartmouth College. During his time here the side appeared in three consecutive NCAA tournaments and won an Ivy League Championship. Dartmouth maintained a combined 32-17-6 record and had eleven players earn All-Ivy recognition.

Throughout 2010 Gorman took charge at Wight State, during this time Gorman assisted in all aspects of the horizon league program. He planned training sessions, prepared scouting reports, handled video analysis and coordinated recruiting. His focus has been directed towards International student athletes. 

In his first season at Albany Gorman led the side to six wins, 10 losses and 3 draws. The side made it through to the America East Conference Tournament semi finals before losing 3-1 to Stony brook. Gorman is currently preparing for the coming season and is excited for the prospects of Albany. He holds an NSCAA Premier Coaching Diploma.
