Refund policy:
 
Please choose your programs carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods/services are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
 
 
Coaches Protection Policy:
 
At TFA, we aim to provide a safe and happy working environment for our valued staff.
 
TFA will not tolerate threatening behaviour, verbal abuse or physical harm to its staff from parents/ guardians of the child/children participating in our program.
 
TFA reserve the right to remove the child/children from its program/programs without refund, should we feel that the parent/guardian have acted inappropriately towards any of the TFA staff members.
 
TFA may also report such incidents to the Police and the School to prevent future incidents.
